§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: https://zatoka.pl/
   and is effective from 08.04.2026.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – a request to complete a survey or answer a few questions about the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information in social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, however necessary to use the services. In the case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.

If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose of processing (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

7. Visitors to the Website can fill in the form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address and/or phone number, which will be the basis for automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website can consent to Our conducting advertising campaigns in social networks targeted based on the e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of programming companies and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded relevant agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. This data is not shared, and none of these companies has the right to process data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, as far as the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the purpose of proper service provision.
